Job Summary
Maintain and repair production machinery and equipment; perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime; inspect, disassemble/reassemble, and lubricate components; read work orders and manuals; maintain repair logs; follow Lockout Tagout and safety procedures; collaborate with production and maintenance teams; require accurate records and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and equipment manuals
- Basic welding experience preferred (MIG, stick, or torch cutting)
- Ability to safely work with or around 3 phase electrical systems
- Experience using hand tools, measuring tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on physical work as needed
