Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role at Greystar Inspire Downtown performing technical and mechanical work to maintain building systems, completing work orders and the make-ready process, diagnosing defects, sourcing materials, following safety policies (OSHA) and code requirements, inspecting and documenting work, and supporting grounds and amenities maintenance. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal) or equivalent, valid driver’s license for property operations, and accordance with property safety procedures; position includes travel as needed and a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
