Job Summary
Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding machines, soft trim lamination equipment, industrial robots, and auxiliary manufacturing equipment; perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance to ensure production readiness; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems; set up, align, and calibrate molds for production launches and changeovers; maintain facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and document tasks in CMMS; manage spare parts inventory with procurement; collaborate with production and engineering to optimize equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives; ensure OSHA safety standards and environmental compliance; demonstrate reliability and strong work ethic.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment
- 2–3 years of experience as a maintenance technician, industrial maintenance technician, electronics technician, or robotics technician
- Strong mechanical maintenance and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of PLCs, robotics maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics, electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, and plumbing
- Experience working with electrical systems ranging from 12VDC to 480VAC three-phase power
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to learn new equipment and processes quickly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be punctual, dependable, and reliable
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
