Job Summary
Conduct weekly and monthly equipment inspections, perform general cleaning of all building areas, and manage routine upkeep of exterior zones and parking lots. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on manufacturing machinery, including installing and troubleshooting primary facility electrical up to 440V. Complete non-routine cleaning per job orders, remove daily trash and recycling, and handle emergency cleaning requests. Collaborate with team members and engineers to optimize workflow, install new machinery, and implement preventive measures. Work 1st shift Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm with OT and weekends as needed. Requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, forklift licensing, and ability to lift 35lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 + years' experience in a maintenance role in industrial or manufacturing facility
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to operate a fork truck and scissor lift
- Forklift Licensed
- Industrial Construction
