Maintenance Technician - Indy7925

Diagnose and repair defects on residential properties by completing work orders for resident requests and preventative maintenance. Execute the make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors and supplies. Manage maintenance inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re-order needs. Document all service requests accurately and assist with grounds maintenance, pressure-washing, and painting. Comply with safety policies, attend training, and report incidents promptly. Periodically inspect contractor work and conduct property inspections to identify repair concerns. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential travel to other properties.
