Job Summary
Maintenance Technician performs preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery and equipment, including autoclave systems, PLCs, and a wide range of electrical, mechanical, and mechanical-complex systems. Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, and on-call responsiveness to ensure operational readiness, with adherence to safety programs such as Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Confined Space, Fall Protection, and Electrical Safety. The role involves working with PLCs, process controls, welding (arc/MIG/TIG), boiler and water treatment equipment, air handling and conveyor systems, hydraulics, pumps, and related components, documenting results in a CMMS, and supporting facility safety and upkeep. The position is based in Duluth, GA, and follows a Monday–Friday shift with potential for on-call emergency maintenance.
