Maintenance Technician (Industrial) - Night Shift

Job Summary
Troubleshoot equipment problems, perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on production lines, and facilitate change-overs. Overhaul and install new equipment, rebuild and fabricate parts, and maintain a clean and safe work area. Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory and complete assigned work orders. Perform production line set-ups while adhering to manufacturers' specifications and schematics. This role requires 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM shifts with every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday work. One year of industrial maintenance experience in a high-speed environment is required, with PLC knowledge and mill/lathe experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience
- Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment
- Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow manufacturers' specifications and schematics
- Required to supply hand tools
- Working every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Desired Qualifications
- EET/MET or Mechatronics degree preferred
- 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience highly preferred
- Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred
- Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge highly preferred
- Mill and Lathe experience is preferred
- TPM maintenance knowledge and abilities preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Previous Front-Line Leadership preferred
