Job Summary
Industrial Machine Repair & Preventive Maintenance Technician needed to perform general and preventive maintenance on shop equipment, troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, PLC controllers, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics; interpret manuals, drawings, and specifications to guide repair procedures; disassemble, repair, replace parts, and reassemble equipment; perform basic fabrication and assembly; maintain facility systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, electrical); handle wiring and basic electrical repairs to keep operations running; support equipment relocation and requisitioning of parts or supplies; follow lockout/tagout procedures and safely manage hazardous materials.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree with five years of related experience
- Strong ability to interpret technical instructions, diagrams, and specifications
- Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Basic math skills
- Initiative, sound judgment, and a safety-first mindset
