Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing defects, performing preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, completing the make-ready process for vacant units, and maintaining grounds and amenities. Routine duties include completing work orders, inspecting and repairing equipment per safety standards and code requirements, managing materials and inventory, and documenting tasks for resident service requests. Requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal), and a valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work Monday–Friday with possible evenings/weekends, and familiarity with OSHA safety practices. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Maintenance experience
- Experience with vintage buildings
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property (if applicable)
