Job Summary

Support the Maintenance Team by troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and executing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and exterior structural areas. Maintain established property standards with a customer service attitude while utilizing basic tools and completing maintenance tests. Work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and emergency on-call rotation, with overtime commitments during summer and fall turn seasons. This full-time role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and EPA certification as a plus.

Required Qualifications

Technician must have basic tools
Technician must be able to pass basic maintenance test
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid instate driver's license
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include nights/weekends and emergency-on-call rotation
Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
