Job Summary

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair physical property issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool systems, carpentry, drywall, and exterior structural work while maintaining established company standards. Complete work orders with a strong customer service attitude and utilize basic tools to resolve maintenance needs. Perform emergency on-call rotations and work flexible schedules that may include nights, weekends, and overtime during summer/fall turn seasons. Maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to access on-site locations in Statesboro, GA.

Required Qualifications

  • Technician must have basic tools
  • Able to pass basic maintenance test
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Valid instate driver's license
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include nights/weekends and emergency-on-call rotation
  • Must be able to work overtime in the Summer/Fall turn season
  • Must be able to commit to emergency on-call
