Job Summary

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliance issues to ensure properties meet established standards. Execute work orders while maintaining excellent customer service and utilizing basic tools. Perform maintenance tests and manage emergency on-call rotations, including overtime during summer/fall turn seasons. Requires Universal EPA certification, one year of maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Required Qualifications

Technician must have basic tools

Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid instate driver's license
