Job Summary
Support physical property standards by troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and executing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance systems. Maintain a customer service attitude while completing work orders with an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented approach. Utilize basic tools and pass the required maintenance test, holding a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and emergency on-call rotation, with overtime commitments during summer and fall turn seasons.
