Job Summary
Perform routine and emergency maintenance, including HVAC service, light plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Respond to resident work orders promptly while conducting property walks, painting, drywall, and flooring repairs. Prepare vacant units for new residents and maintain accurate records of all work performed. Assist with vendor coordination and post resident notices as needed. This full-time role in Edwardsville, KS, supports daily operations at two apartment communities with competitive pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, and earned PTO. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in residential or multi-family maintenance
- Skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and drywall
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
