Job Summary
Conduct installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery while performing preventative and predictive maintenance tasks. Write, maintain, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), then complete daily maintenance and repair logs. Communicate with Production Associates and Management, maintain and secure work tools, and clean the work area. Order tools and machinery inventory parts as needed. Provide training as requested and perform other duties as assigned. First shift hours from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM with an hourly rate range of $32 to $37.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas: Electrical systems
- Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas: Mechanical systems
- Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas: Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas: Plumbing
- Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas: Carpentry
- Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas: HVAC
- Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas: Welding
- Working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas: Piping systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required
- Regular, consistent attendance of scheduled shifts is required
- First shift (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or technical school training preferred
