Job Summary
Monitor and repair HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components throughout the resort facility. Perform preventative maintenance on boilers, pipes, drains, and grounds while troubleshooting electric hazards and replacing breakers. Execute soldering, brazing, and fitting tasks for showers, Jacuzzi tubs, and switches. Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage including unit inspections to ensure perfect working order for guests. Requires certified HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills with working knowledge of appliance repair.
