Job Summary
Maintenance Technician III on a multifamily property leads advanced diagnostics and larger repair projects, troubleshooting complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; coordinates vendors, manages supply ordering and on-call/emergency response; mentors Technician I and II, enforces safety standards, and contributes to long-term maintenance solutions. Requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, advanced proficiency in HVAC/electrical/plumbing, High School Diploma or GED, Universal EPA Certification and CPO Certification (where applicable); CAMT preferred. Strong diagnostic, tools, and system reporting skills, plus ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily experience required)
- Advanced proficiency in one or more major trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Universal EPA Certification required
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification required (where applicable)
- CamT Certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic ability across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Safe operation of hand and power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
