Maintenance Technician III Part Time

Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician III will be responsible for ensuring effective preventative maintenance plans for facility equipment, diagnosing and repairing Materials Handling Equipment issues, managing spare parts inventory in a CMMS environment, and overseeing maintenance modifications. Candidates should possess complete technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting skills for automated systems, and the ability to manage a team. A BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plant Management is preferred, along with a minimum of four years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities/Plant Management preferred
- Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of four years related and progressively responsible experience
- Strong electrical background preferred
- Experience in the development of preventive maintenance programs
- Knowledge of diesel powered back-up generators and air handling units
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of building automation system such as Trane Tracer Summit System and Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management System PkMS
