Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician III responsible for preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of manufacturing and printing equipment; diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems; read engineering drawings, manuals, and specifications; provide training and guidance to machine operators; ensure OSHA and safety compliance; on-site support in York, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial, machinery, or print bindery maintenance experience
- Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems knowledge
- Pneumatics and control systems
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Ability to read engineering drawings, technical manuals, and specifications
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Education: Associate degree, equivalent education, or advanced technical/vocational training preferred
- 480v 3-phase power
- PLC or CNC programming experience preferred
