Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines while following manufacturer instructions and engineering specifications. Execute new process equipment installations and infrastructure projects, then troubleshoot malfunctions by observing and listening to mechanical devices. Lead safe work practices, enforce 5S standards, and train new employees on maintenance procedures and standards. Control downtime by communicating preventive maintenance schedules to production workers and prepare reports analyzing maintenance trends.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance
- Ability to read and understand written instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment safely and efficiently
- Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Average proficiency in mathematics
