Job Summary

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot process piping, mechanical equipment, centrifugal pumps, and industrial valves at the Pueblo site. Perform advanced troubleshooting on conveyors, bottling equipment, and heat exchangers while generating NCMRs and documenting findings in SAP. Replace inoperable mechanical and electrical equipment, adjust sensors, wire fan motors, and maintain good housekeeping standards. Work in compliance with safety, environmental, and quality policies across the facility. This role requires 6+ years of maintenance experience, a CMMS background, and the ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with occasional weekends and overtime. Candidates must be hazwoper trained, hold a valid Colorado driver's license, and possess strong problem-solving skills to support the semiconductor manufacturing process.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ years working in a maintenance department or other relatable experience
  • General knowledge of SAP
  • CMMS background
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel/Word, Google Mail/Drive, etc)
  • Detail oriented individual, able to manage multiple tasks with input from various individuals in the maintenance, engineering, processing, and packaging departments
  • Valid Colorado drivers' license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift and required, work additional hours, and some weekends will be required and OT as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in plumbing, process piping, electrical, or mechanical equipment
  • Working knowledge of centrifugal/diaphragm pumps, lined piping, PFA/Kynar piping
  • Familiarity with function of heat exchangers and pneumatic-operated valves
  • Familiarity with MCC equipment, breakers, 480/277V systems, and branch circuit wiring systems
