Job Summary
Maintenance Technician III performs equipment diagnostics and repairs, preventive maintenance, and new equipment installations including utilities as well as equipment setup, to support the manufacturing of consumer and industrial pressure washers, hot water pressure washers, trailers, generators and water pumps. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, motors and drives, PLCs and servo controls, wiring and electrical circuits, implementing line improvements, assisting in training of lower level maintenance personnel, and supporting maintenance project management. Requires an associate degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering Technology (or a high school diploma with related experience); PLC knowledge, welding/machine shop skills, and strong troubleshooting abilities are essential. Strong safety emphasis and potential for overtime are noted. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus; lead/supervisory experience preferred.
