Job Summary
Coordinate activities of Maintenance Technicians, including coaching and developing staff; provide back-up for Maintenance Manager; perform and supervise maintenance, repair, and preventive tasks on production equipment and plant facilities; read equipment manuals and work orders, diagnose issues, replace parts, and test adjustments; enforce safe work practices, GMPs, and identify unsafe conditions; leverage CMMS to manage work orders; knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and ammonia refrigeration is helpful.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required or equivalent combination of experience.
