Job Summary
Maintenance Technician III at a Class A luxury apartment community in Nashville. Responsible for advanced troubleshooting and maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, pool and security systems; resolve resident issues with appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.; assist Service Supervisor with makeready scheduling and final unit readiness; place orders with vendors for supplies; maintain curb appeal and property upkeep. Requires HVAC/EPA certification, Fair Housing training, CPO and CAMT certifications; proficiency with MS Office and property-management tools; on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
- HVAC/EPA certification
- Fair Housing training
- CPO certification
- CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification
- MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook) experience
- Experience with makeready scheduling and using Payables Nexus for ordering supplies and Yardi for service requests (training may be obtained after hire)
- Strong customer service skills
- On-call availability
