Job Summary
Maintenance Technician III role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing NC machines and other manufacturing equipment. Performs preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and equipment installations; coordinates contracted work; maintains asset-management records; and supports quality, reliability, and 6S standards. Requires experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, welding/fabrication, and EMaint work-order systems; strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills; and the ability to work the specified first shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00am–3:30pm).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) years experience in manufacturing equipment repair are required.
- Full working knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machines, is required.
- Experience with EMaint maintenance work order system is preferred.
- Must have basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to weld, fabricate, repair, and install equipment.
- Ability to learn, problem solve, and make decisions per work instructions and documents.
- Ability to communicate and work as a team member.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand basic English.
