Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II responsible for maintaining and repairing facility equipment and systems (including HVAC, plumbing, and appliances), performing preventative maintenance, carpentry, landscaping, and related tasks. Responsibilities include safety checks, regulatory compliance, equipment moves, and participation in special projects and trainings. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license, and 10+ years of maintenance experience; ability to work with a team or independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Ten or more years previous experience in the maintenance field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic knowledge of various trade fundamentals to follow instructions and deal with general repairs
- Ability to start and finish required work with team, unaccompanied and possibly without daily supervision
