Maintenance Technician II

Maintenance Technician II at AvalonBay Communities responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features, and waste management. Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready, completes preventative maintenance, and performs turnkey work as needed.
