Job Summary
Conduct intermediate facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and interior wall repairs for resort units. Perform plumbing tasks such as soldering and fixture replacement, troubleshoot electrical hazards by replacing breakers and ballasts, and execute preventative maintenance programs on building systems. Clean and inspect all systems to report deficiencies to the supervisor while adhering to safety protocols. Work full-time hours with a focus on delivering quality results to ensure guest vacation experiences.
Required Qualifications
