Maintenance Technician II - The Soleil

Maintain the physical condition and upkeep of The Soleil property, including painting vacant units for rent-ready condition, upkeep of common areas, models, and office spaces, completing unit turns and service requests on schedule, and following preventative maintenance programs. Apply knowledge of general maintenance, appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, roofing, drywall patching, and safety guidelines to ensure safety, appearance, and functionality. Provide excellent resident and coworker service, participate in required training, uphold confidentiality, and represent Holland Partner Group professionally. Must be able to operate within safety standards, work outdoors in temperature extremes, and provide own hand tools as needed; on-site, full-time role with potential on-call duties and a 52-week schedule.
