Job Summary
Maintain and preserve a multi-million dollar luxury community by troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, pool, and security systems. Develop rapport with residents to resolve general maintenance issues like appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, and drywall. Work with the service team to prepare vacant units for leasing and maintain property curb appeal. This role requires 1+ years of general maintenance experience, HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge, and CPO certification. On-call rotation is required with overtime availability.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related general maintenance experience
- General knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and basic carpentry
- CPO certification
- Fair housing training
- Weekend availability
- On call availability
- Overtime availability
Desired Qualifications
- CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification
- Some experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills
