Job Summary
Independently complete service requests, make-ready turns, and full maintenance inspections across multifamily properties. Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues while conducting preventative maintenance and building assessments. Respond to on-call and emergency service requests, manage inventory, and support Technician I team members as needed. Requires 2+ years of experience with intermediate skills in multiple trades, EPA certification preferred, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. This role is part of Trinity Property Consultants' mission to create vibrant communities for a nationally ranked Apartment Owner.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years maintenance experience
- multifamily experience
- Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Working knowledge of appliances
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
- Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms
- Specific vision requirements including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- Ability to work at a personal computer for administrative tasks
- Ability to use mobile devices while in the field
