Job Summary
Independently complete service requests, make-ready turns, and diagnose intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. Conduct preventative maintenance, building inspections, and move-in/move-out evaluations while maintaining inventory and shop organization. Respond to on-call and emergency service requests, demonstrating safe operation of tools and diagnostic equipment. Requires 2+ years of maintenance experience with intermediate skills across multiple trades and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years maintenance experience
- multifamily experience
- Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Working knowledge of appliances
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
- Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms
- Specific vision requirements including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- Ability to work at a personal computer for administrative tasks
- Ability to use mobile devices while in the field

- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification
