Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II responsible for independently performing service requests, preventative maintenance and full make-ready turns across multiple trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances). You will diagnose and repair intermediate issues, conduct inspections, participate in move-in/move-out processes, maintain inventory and shop organization, respond to on-call/emergency requests, and uphold safety and compliance training. The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; EPA Universal Certification and CPO are preferred. Mentors Technician I as needed and communicates professionally with residents and team members.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years maintenance experience
- Intermediate-level skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Universal EPA Certification is preferred
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is preferred (where applicable)
