Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years property maintenance or related area experience
- MO Class E Driver’s license or IL Class D license with good driving record
- Valid driving record
- No specific certification required (vocational degree may substitute)
- Ability to lift 80 pounds
- Work outdoors in all seasons
