Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II/III position performing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines, equipment and plant facilities with preventive maintenance and documentation. Responsibilities include reading manuals and work orders, diagnosing and repairing faults, replacing parts, testing adjustments, reporting unusual conditions, and maintaining GMP-compliant practices. Level II requires basic electrical, compressors, pneumatics aanda built-out knowledge; Level III requires advanced electrical skills, electrical diagrams, blueprints, basic PLCs, drive programming, machining, welding/fabrication. Shift: 2nd/Evening hours, Monday–Friday with every-other weekend; may require weekend/night hours. Qualifications include 2-year trades degree and/or 4 years of maintenance experience, HS diploma, English proficiency, attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical demands.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year trades degree and/or 4 years of plant maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Welding and fabrication, full understanding of 3 Phase electrical, three phase motor controls
- Troubleshoot control systems inputs & outputs
