Maintenance Technician II

Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining and optimizing facility equipment and machinery, supporting operations to maximize uptime and minimize disruptions. Essential duties include reviewing operational status, maintaining the Maintenance Management System, coordinating with contractors, and adhering to safety regulations. Candidates must possess a High School diploma, three years of relevant maintenance experience, and certifications to operate forklifts and cranes. Key skills include HVAC knowledge, ability to work in a controlled environment, and proficiency in basic math and computer software.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Three (3) years of experience in general facility maintenance including two (2) years repair/maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing and electric equipment and systems.
- Must obtain and maintain active OSI-OKC Piper certification to operate Classes I, II, III, and IV forklifts and train others as forklift operators.
- Must obtain and maintain active OSI-OKC Piper certifications to operate cranes and train other crane operators.
- Must obtain and maintain Authorized Driver status as defined by the Oil States Company Vehicles and Drivers policy.

Additional Requirements
