Maintenance Technician II

Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimization of facility equipment and machinery. Key responsibilities include assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in reviewing equipment operations, maintaining the Maintenance Management System, supporting facility upkeep and safety policies, and coordinating with outside contractors. The position requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma, three years of facility maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Three years of experience in general facility maintenance
- Two years of repair/maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing and electric equipment and systems
- Must obtain and maintain forklift and crane operation certifications
- Must obtain and maintain Authorized Driver status

- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, plumbing, and electricity
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
- Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships
- Willingness to work additional hours
