Job Summary
Diagnose HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues before they become emergencies. Repair doors, flooring, fixtures, lighting, and equipment while completing preventive maintenance on building systems. Inspect facilities to identify safety concerns and support remodeling or space-reconfiguration projects. Respond to urgent maintenance and building-security issues, documenting all activities. Requires 3+ years of facilities experience, independent problem-solving skills, and a valid Oregon driver's license. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of facilities, maintenance, trade, or related construction experience
- Hands-on maintenance and remodeling experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work
- Knowledge and safe operation of power tools
- Valid Oregon Driver's License
