Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II on the Night Shift responsible for advanced equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations to support production operations. Key duties include diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; reading and interpreting manuals, blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation; completing maintenance work orders and recording time/repairs; maintaining parts inventory; performing facility, grounds, and utility maintenance; assisting with equipment installations and improvements; understanding machine setup to support production; participating in continuous improvement, GMP/HACCP/sanitation compliance, and safety procedures (LOTO); collaborating with production and other departments to minimize downtime and meet company goals. Qualifications emphasize extensive industrial maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills across mechanical/electrical systems, ability to read technical drawings, and a safety-focused, team-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
