Job Summary
Troubleshoot mechanical and low voltage electrical failures, identify root causes, and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Perform routine preventative maintenance and work order tasks while minimizing downtime in a fast-pass production environment. Complete maintenance reports and logs, maintain good housekeeping practices, and liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication. Adhere strictly to all safety and quality policies while working effectively in a processing environment without jeopardizing food safety. Work within the Maintenance team under the supervision of a Team Lead and Maintenance Supervisor. This role requires a valid Millwright license and experience in continuous process manufacturing. The position involves a 12-hour rotating continental shift schedule (2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights) with overtime availability for coverage and audits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Millwright license (433A)
- Willingness to attain Class B Operator Refrigeration License in-house
- Ability to work independently
- Prioritize tasks

- Solid mechanical troubleshooting ability

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a millwright or maintenance technician in a continuous process manufacturing environment
