Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including AquaTherm, while performing routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance for light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general building upkeep. Respond promptly to work orders and proactively identify issues to prevent escalation, ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities like pools and clubhouses. Interact professionally with residents and follow all safety policies to maintain a safe environment. Full-time onsite role at Shadow Ridge at Southlands in Aurora, CO, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with required on-call rotation including occasional weekends or holidays. EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal is required, along with 1+ years of HVAC experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments
- 1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience
- EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to safely use tools and equipment with manual dexterity and stamina, including lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must maintain a personal tool kit appropriate for completing assigned work
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
