Job Summary
Analyze equipment to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs with minimal oversight, developing daily goals to ensure production machines run effectively. Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the work order system, interpret blueprints, and apply machinist skills using mills and latshe. Set up new equipment, assist in machine repairs, and train others on proper techniques while maintaining a clean environment. Provide feedback on maintenance status and submit end-of-shift reports, consistently following safety protocols. Monday through Thursday shifts from 6:00am to 4:00pm, with overtime on Fridays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience
- technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift license
- Ability to obtain aerial lift platform license
- knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- knowledge of Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- machining experience with mill and lathe
- knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
