Job Summary
Analyze equipment to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs with minimal oversight, developing daily goals to ensure production machines run effectively. Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the EAM system while conducting regular inspections and assisting in machine repairs. Set up new equipment, interpret blueprints, and apply basic machinist skills using a vertical mill and lathe, alongside welding and fabrication techniques. Train others on proper repair practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Provide feedback to supervisors on maintenance status and submit end-of-shift reports while consistently following safety protocols. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm with overtime on Fridays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
