Job Summary
Analyze equipment to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs with minimal supervision, utilizing specialty tools, blueprints, and vertical mill/lathe skills. Document all work in the EAM system while conducting regular inspections, assisting in machine repairs, and training others on preventive maintenance. Set up new equipment, apply welding and fabrication techniques, and maintain a clean environment. Submit end-of-shift reports and provide feedback on maintenance status. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm, with overtime on Fridays as needed. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- machining experience with mill and lathe
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
