Job Summary
Troubleshoot production machines, analyze equipment problems, and perform repairs with minimal supervision. Document all work using the EAM system and conduct regular inspections on production equipment while training others in preventive maintenance. Set up new equipment, interpret blueprints, and apply basic machinist skills with a vertical mill and lathe. Demonstrate understanding of welding and fabrication techniques to maintain a clean work environment. Submit end-of-shift reports and provide feedback to supervisors on maintenance status. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm with overtime on Fridays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- Machining experience with mill and lathe
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
