Job Summary
Conduct advanced troubleshooting and repairs on production machines with minimal supervision by analyzing equipment, interpreting blueprints, and applying basic machinist skills using vertical mills and lathes. Set up new equipment, perform regular inspections, and utilize the EAM system to document preventive maintenance while training others on proper repair techniques. Maintain a clean work environment, follow safety protocols, and provide end-of-shift reports to supervisors. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm with overtime on Fridays as needed. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- machining experience with mill and lathe
