Job Summary
Analyze equipment to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs with minimal supervision, utilizing specialty tools, blueprints, and basic machinist skills on vertical mills and lathes. Execute regular inspections and repairs on production equipment, set up new machinery, and document all work via the EAM system. Train others on proper repair techniques and preventive maintenance practices while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Submit end-of-shift reports and provide feedback to supervisors on maintenance status. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm with overtime on Fridays as needed. Promote safety and integrity by consistently following protocols and reporting hazards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- machining experience with mill and lathe
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
