Job Summary
Conduct advanced troubleshooting and repairs on production machines with minimal supervision by analyzing equipment, setting daily goals, and interpreting blueprints. Utilize specialty tools, vertical mills, and lathes to fix issues, while documenting all work in the EAM system and performing preventive maintenance inspections. Train others on proper repair techniques and maintain a clean, organized environment. Submit end-of-shift reports to supervisors and adhere to strict safety protocols. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm, with overtime on Fridays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- machining experience with mill and lathe
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
