Job Summary
Analyze production equipment to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs with minimal supervision while developing daily goals for efficient operations. Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the EAM work order system and conduct regular inspections on production machinery. Set up new equipment, interpret blueprints, and apply basic machinist skills using a vertical mill and lathe, alongside welding and fabrication techniques. Train others on proper repair practices and provide end-of-shift reports to supervisors. Maintain a clean work environment and strictly follow safety protocols to report hazards. Requires three years of related maintenance experience, forklift and aerial lift licenses, and knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software. Monday through Thursday shifts from 6:00am to 4:00pm with overtime on Fridays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
