Job Summary
Analyze equipment to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs with minimal oversight, developing daily goals to ensure production machines run effectively. Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the work order system while interpreting blueprints and applying machinist skills on vertical mills and lattes. Set up new equipment, assist in machine repairs, and train others on proper techniques, including welding and fabrication. Maintain a clean environment, report hazards, and submit end-of-shift reports to supervisors. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm with overtime on Fridays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- machining experience with mill and lathe
